鋁礬土采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高鋁礦石,經(jīng)煅燒、水洗、人工篩選、破碎、等工序精制而成,耐火度高達(dá)1780℃,常用粒度100-325目,其特點(diǎn):膨脹系數(shù)小,耐火度高,高溫性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,使用環(huán)保,無(wú)有害氣體排出,可替代其他非環(huán)保型價(jià)格昂貴的鑄造材料。
煅燒鋁礬土主要用途:
1.鋁工業(yè)。
2.精密鑄造。
3.耐火材料行業(yè)。
4.硅酸鋁火纖維。
5.與氧化鎂混合,是一種很好的粘接劑,特別是用于澆鑄整個(gè)鋼包鋼包襯里。
6.制造鋁土礦水泥,研磨磨料,陶瓷工業(yè)和化學(xué)工業(yè),用于制造鋁化合物。
Bauxite is made of high-quality High Alumina Ore by calcination, water washing, artificial screening, crushing and other processes. Its fire resistance is as high as 1780 ℃, and the commonly used particle size is 100-325 mesh.
