輕質(zhì)耐火磚選用優(yōu)質(zhì)板狀剛玉、莫來石為骨料,以硅線石復(fù)合為基質(zhì),另添特種添加劑和少量稀土氧化物混煉,經(jīng)高壓成型、高溫?zé)伞]p質(zhì)耐火磚一般是指密度小于1.8kg/ms的耐火磚,在工業(yè)窯爐和其他熱工設(shè)備上用作隔熱材料。與一般耐火磚比較,輕質(zhì)耐火磚抗渣蝕性、力學(xué)強(qiáng)度、耐磨損性較差,高溫下體積收縮較大。
普通輕質(zhì)隔熱耐火磚生產(chǎn)的材質(zhì)有粘土質(zhì)、高鋁質(zhì)高強(qiáng)漂珠磚,低鐵莫來石、高鋁聚輕隔熱耐火磚,李藻土隔熱耐火磚。由于輕質(zhì)耐火磚具有密度小、氣孔率高、熱導(dǎo)率小、保溫性好以及有一定的耐壓強(qiáng)度等特點(diǎn),在熱處理設(shè)備上已獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用。

The common lightweight insulating refractory bricks are made of clay, high alumina and high strength floating bead bricks, low iron mullite, high alumina poly lightweight insulating refractory bricks and Li alginate insulating refractory bricks. Due to the characteristics of low density, high porosity, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and certain compressive strength, lightweight firebrick has been widely used in heat treatment equipment.
